What you see

Three answers on the first screen

Each tile has one picture, one very large number and a speaker button. Below them are four big buttons.

Made simple

Look, listen, done

  • Numbers first

    Very large numbers. Labels of one or two words — Hindi on top, English below.

  • It speaks

    Press the speaker and hear it in simple Hindi: "नौ लीटर पाँच सौ", "तीन सौ बत्तीस रुपये".

  • Pictures and colours

    Milk is blue, money received is green, money due is gold, a problem is red. Sun and moon for morning and evening.

  • Dates in words

    "Today", "yesterday", "Monday 22 October" — no confusing number dates.

  • Works with weak signal

    The last figures stay on your phone and the app tells you when they are from.

  • Detailed view for the family

    A son or daughter who helps can switch on the detailed view: FAT, SNF, rate and a 30-day chart.

Signing in

Your society office gives you a PIN

The society office adds you with your mobile number and gives you a 6-digit PIN. Sign in once; after that, your fingerprint opens the app.

    Scan the QR code from your society's board or slip, or type the code.

Keep your PIN safe

Make your own PIN in Profile after the first sign-in. Do not tell your PIN to anyone — not even someone who calls in the name of the society. Forgot it? The society office can give you a new PIN.

Ask by voice

Press Ask and speak

The Ask button opens Dudh Mitra, the assistant. Say your question in Hindi and hear the answer — from your own milk and payments only.

Dudh Mitra is available when your cooperative has switched it on.
