Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use this website, the DairySarthi office web application, the farmer web page or the DairySarthi and DairySarthi Kisan Android apps (together, the "Services") provided by [Company legal name], [Registered office address] ("ThinkVexa", "we"). By using the Services you agree to them. If your cooperative has a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Accounts are created by your cooperative or society, or by us. Farmers sign in with their mobile number and a PIN given by the society office, which they can change; fingerprint unlock may be used on their own phone. Keep your PIN and passwords private, never share them, and tell your society office or us at once if a phone is lost or an account is misused.

3. Your cooperative's responsibilities

Cooperatives are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter (including rate charts and payment details), for approving settlements and payments, for having a lawful basis and giving notice to the farmers and staff whose data they enter, and for the actions of their users.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe others' rights or enter data you have no right to use.
• Do not try to access other cooperatives' or farmers' data, test our security without permission or disrupt the Services.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services except where the law allows.

5. Android apps

Our Android apps are distributed as APK files from our official download page. Install them only from dairysarthi.com or api.dairysarthi.com. Keep the apps updated; older versions may stop syncing.

6. Offline use and figures

Entries saved on a device while offline are provisional until the server accepts them. The server recomputes prices and may flag entries for review. Settlement and payment figures are final only after your cooperative approves them.

7. AI assistant

Dudh Mitra gives answers generated with AI from your data. Answers can be incomplete or wrong; check important figures in the app or with your society office before acting, especially on money.

8. Fees

Fees, if any, are set out in your cooperative's order or agreement. Taxes such as GST apply as per law.

9. Data and privacy

Your cooperative's data remains its own. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. On termination, cooperatives may export their data within the period set in their agreement.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, the DairySarthi and ThinkVexa names and logos, and the software are ours or our licensors'. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use them while your access is active.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Services available and secure but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited as set out in your agreement or, if none, to the fees paid for the Services in the three months before the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.
